A COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS
We are truly a community of learners and believe that professional development is an integral component to ensuring the highest quality teaching and learning. Collaborative planning, mentoring, and professional development is embedded in the daily life of our teachers, with off-site opportunities available throughout the year. As part of the wider Esol Education network of schools, our teachers also have access to educational and topical experts, and several Personal Development opportunities through our deep links with leading international education organizations.
Our teachers are leaders in their field, holding Bachelor’s or advanced degrees, professional teaching certificates, and three or more years’ prior teaching experience in their subject of choice, preferably in an international school. Experience teaching an IB curriculum is highly desirable, however not essential. Above all, we seek colleagues who are effective and helpful, ready to commit fully to the expectations and values of Fairgreen International School. Consistent with our school’s Mission, Philosophy, and Beliefs, we consider all applications for employment independent of their race, colour, national and ethnic background.
Teach at Fairgreen
We are always interested in receiving applications from qualified teachers with appropriate experience who are keen to develop as professionals and individuals.

Applicants should also be flexible, work well in a team, have strengths to share beyond their professional skills and be dedicated to contributing to internationalism and multiculturalism. Our teachers not only work hard but like to engage in sports, other activities and travel in their own time.
