Accreditation & Memberships
Fairgreen International School will seek accreditation or authorisation from:
Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA)
The Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA) accredit all Esol Education’s U.S. curriculum schools. Recognized by the United States Department of Education, MSA is among the premier accrediting associations in the world and has been accrediting colleges and schools in the United States for over a century. Esol Education and MSA have a 30-year relationship and MSA currently accredits eight Esol schools.
Council of International Schools (CIS)
Fairgreen will also seek accreditation by the Council of International Schools (CIS). CIS is one of the world’s most widely recognized international accrediting organizations, defining educational standards, and helping member schools access new international educational practices, gain recognition for accomplishments, attract qualified staff, facilitate student connections with leading universities around the world, and provide a quality international education experience to students and parents. CIS currently accredits 6 Esol schools.
International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)
Fairgreen International School received official authorization of our MYP International Baccalaureate curriculum in July 2020. With a robust and exciting IB curriculum firmly in place as we head into our third school year, we are on track to obtaining PYP authorization by October 2020.
Most of Fairgreen’s sister schools in the Esol family are authorized IB World Schools, sharing a commitment to developing distinctive, high quality programs of international education. Esol Education schools have enjoyed a 30-year relationship with the IBO, with many teachers serving as IB trainers and examiners. The Esol schools have graduated more than 2,000 IB Diploma students over the years.
