Fairgreen International School utilises the response to intervention (RTI) approach to support students with special educational needs. The school uses the tiered approach to provide interventions for those students that need additional support through a co-teaching model. Diagnostic testing during the admissions process identifies the needs of individual students entering the school and if necessary, a support plan is developed for them ready for their first day of classes.

Fairgreen ensures that learning environments and teaching strategies are modified to be inclusive of all children and that all children are included as a part of the community and feel that they belong.
