Sustainability Challenge Calendar | Academic 2025-2026
Welcome to Fairgreen's first Sustainability Challenge! Each month a new sustainability calendar will be released with daily sustainability challenges for students and families to complete.
DECEMBER CHALLENGE
EYP & PYP Sustainability Challenge:
The EYP & PYP Sustainable Challenge is part of the Winter Learning Matrix, which was shared last week by the homeroom teacher. Each matrix includes its own sustainability challenge. We hope you enjoy participating!
Secondary Sustainability Challenge:
During the winter break, we challenge all students to take part in our December Sustainability Challenge, inspired by SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production.
Wherever you are in the world - at home, visiting family, or travelling - we encourage you to capture a moment that shows you living sustainably. This could be anything that reflects responsible choices, reducing waste, or using resources wisely.
Ideas:
• Reusing bottles/containers
• Cycling or walking instead of driving
• Shopping locally
• Reducing food waste
• Repairing or reusing items
• Visiting natural spaces
• Sharing environmental awareness
