Art & Music Celebration

We are excited to invite you to our PYP Art VR Exhibition, a unique digital showcase that brings student creativity to life in a whole new way, which will take place from February 23 to February 27, please see below detailed schedule. 

The virtual exhibition spaces were designed and built by our Grade 9 Design students, who acted as curators and digital designers, carefully creating immersive biophilic environments to display the artwork. Within these spaces, you will find artworks created by our Grade 2–5 PYP students, celebrating their creativity, imagination, and artistic growth.

This collaboration across year groups highlights how art, design, and technology can come together to create meaningful learning experiences. It also reflects our commitment to student agency, creative thinking, and authentic audiences, by allowing younger students to see their work displayed in a professional, gallery-style setting, and older students to take on real-world creative roles.

We hope you enjoy exploring the exhibition and celebrating the incredible creativity of our students across the school community.

We would like invite you to a number of special events showcasing the creative talents of our students in music and visual art.

We will begin with our youngest students, from Pre-KG to Grade 5. Pre-KG to Grade 1 will not only take the stage to showcase the results of their hard work, but will also share their imaginative and expressive artwork on display. Grades 2–5 will proudly showcase their talents through a music performance only, as they will have a dedicated Art Celebration in Term 2.

Later in November, we will host an event for Grade 6–10 parents, giving you the chance to step into the classroom and experience an Art & Design lesson — this time in the role of the students.
