Documents Checklist
Before you complete the application form, you will need to have scanned copy of each of the documents listed in the checklist below.
Acceptable file formats include JPG, PDF and PNG files.
General Documents
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Parents' Passports
- Parents' Residency Visas*
- Parent’s Emirates IDs*
- Student's Emirates ID
- Student’s Photo (Passport Size)
- Parents’ Photo (Passport Size)
*If the residency visas and Emirates IDs are not available at the time of acceptance, these documents can be submitted once they are available and must be submitted before the beginning of the school year.
Within Dubai
- Students transferring from other Dubai schools are required to get a "leaving certificate" from their previous school and hand it over to our KHDA liaison either via email or as a hard copy.
Transferring from other Emirates in the UAE
- For students transferring from outside the Emirate of Dubai, including other countries, the original transfer certificate must be submitted to the school.
Transferring from Other Countries
- For students transferring from other countries, the original transfer certificate must be submitted to the school.
- All transfer certificates should bear the original seal of the school.
- Additional attestations may be required.
